As a member of NYC's top-producing Robert Dvorin Team, Joy assists in representing the needs and best interests of buyers, sellers, renters, investors and developers. She came to Douglas Elliman with over 10 years of sales expertise focused in strategic relationship management, overseeing a diverse client base ranging from Fortune 100 companies to internet startups.

Joy has proven her success in understanding her clients' unique requirements, driving sales growth, and developing long-term relationships. Her passion for building new businesses and love of real estate made her jump on the chance to join The Dvorin Team. She draws on her natural selling ability, highly-focused business approach and outstanding service skills to optimize the real estate experience for every client.

Living and working in NYC for over 20 years has given Joy first-hand insight on this ever-evolving market. Complementing her knowledge is her arts and culture background which reinforced her passion for people and eye for aesthetics. Joy holds a BA in East Asian Studies and minor in Art History from Hamilton College. She also graduated from the GE Capital Financial Management Program and gained invaluable experience as a business analyst. Joy next ventured into the internet world managing the top technology clients at DoubleClick (acquired by Google). She broadened her skills and savvy working at NBCU, Comcast and innovative startups, for the popular DailyCandy, and as General Manager of DailyCandy Deals.

The mother of two, Joy understands the joys and challenges of family living in an urban environment. She balances life as a wife, mother and busy professional. As a health and fitness enthusiast, she enjoys weekly workouts which include Pilates, interval training, spinning and tennis. Joy is also a huge advocate for helping underprivileged children, and an active supporter of Holt International Children's Services. When Joy is not with clients, you can usually find her with her family, trying out a new restaurant or walking along the waterfront, in and around New York City.
