Prior to joining Douglas Elliman Real Estate, he worked in a boutique real estate firm downtown, a property management firm and was the marketing manager at an entertainment company. All of which helped Ian hone his marketing, negotiation and sales skills to a level that will impress buyers and sellers alike. Ian strives to educate himself as well as his customers. Whether taking real estate classes at NYU, talking with peers or burying himself in market research, he seeks to always build his knowledge-base and share that inside knowledge with his clients and customers. "A well informed buyer or seller is able to make the most confident decisions. It is my job to be their ultimate resource, and to focus on the best interests of each individual."

Ian is also an active person outside of the work arena. He has traveled extensively throughout the world and is always up for a new adventure in a foreign country or right here in NYC.
